Return & Refund Policy

At AIDI, we stand behind the quality of our bathroom products and want every customer to be fully satisfied.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

This policy applies to all orders placed through www.aidibathe.com and our authorized sales channels.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• You must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Customized or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.

3. Return Process

1. Contact us at sales06@aidibath.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Include your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return.

3. Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided by our team.

4. After inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs for return parcels are generally covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Refund Conditions

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• It may take 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account after processing.

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy criteria.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Items without original packaging

• Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

7. Return Shipping Address

The return address will be confirmed with our support team when your return request is approved.
Please do not ship items back without authorization.
